Delete your RM Ayurved account
You can delete your account from this page without installing the app or signing in. Verify your registered mobile number, confirm, and your account is deactivated immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
- Your order history and saved payment preferences
- Your consultation bookings and doctor notes
- Every RM Shot you posted, along with its likes
- All saved delivery addresses
What we have to keep
- Invoices for orders you already paid for
Indian tax law requires us to retain billing records for completed orders. These are kept separately and are not used to contact you.
How long
Your account is deactivated immediately. Personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
