Privacy Policy – RM Doctor Consult

RM Doctor Consult ("the app") is provided by RM Ayurved Pvt. Ltd., Bhran Tiraha, near National Highway 19, Etmadpur, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 283202, India ("RM Ayurved", "we"). It is for doctors who consult with RM Ayurved patients. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices doctors have. The app is published on Google Play by State InfoTech, Barhan Road, Etmadpur, Agra 283202, India, for RM Ayurved.

Who can use the app

Only doctors whose accounts were created by RM Ayurved. Nobody can sign up inside the app.

What we collect and why

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only as a secure token on your phone after you sign in). Used to sign you in and keep your account safe.
• Profile details: specialty, qualifications, experience, languages, conditions treated, fees, clinic name, city and address, and your photo when the RM Ayurved team sets one. Shown to patients who book with you.
• Schedule: your timings, leave, blocked time, extra time and clinic-closed days. Used to offer your free slots to patients.
• Appointments and patient information: the bookings made with you, the patient's name, age, gender, mobile number, what the patient wrote when booking, your private notes and the medicines you send to the patient. Used to run your consultations. This information belongs to the patients' care and is handled as health information.
• Video consultations: your camera and microphone, only while you are in a call you joined. Sound and video pass through our video provider in real time and are not recorded by the app.
• Notifications: a push token for your phone, so we can tell you about new, moved or cancelled bookings.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, or advertising ID, and it has no ads or analytics.

Who processes the data

• Our hosting provider runs RM Ayurved's servers, where the data is stored.
• LiveKit carries the live video and sound of consultations.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications.

They act on our behalf and may use the data only to provide their service. We do not sell personal data.

Security

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your sign-in token is kept in your phone's secure storage. You can turn on an app lock that asks for your fingerprint, face or phone PIN.

Data retention and deletion

• Your account, profile and schedule are kept while your account is active.
• Consultation records (bookings, consultation notes, and the medicines and plans sent to patients) are kept for as long as Indian law on medical records, telemedicine and tax requires, because they are part of the patients' medical records. Only authorised RM Ayurved staff can see them. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time: on the Delete account page, by email to support@rmayurved.com, or by phone on +91 94116 32933. The RM Ayurved team checks the request with you on your registered mobile number, then deletes your account and its data within 30 days of the request.

Your choices

• You can see and change most profile details in the app.
• To correct other details, or to ask for your account and data to be deleted, contact the RM Ayurved team at support@rmayurved.com or +91 94116 32933.
• You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.

Children

The app is for doctors only and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
