How to ask
In the app: open RM Doctor Consult → Profile → Settings (the gear) → Delete account → Continue. This opens this page.
By email or phone: write to support@rmayurved.com from the email address on your account, with your full name and registered mobile number, or call +91 94116 32933.
We check the request with you on your registered mobile number, then delete your account and its data within 30 days.

The RM Ayurved team checks the request with you on your registered mobile number. Once it is verified, you can no longer sign in. Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
- Sign-in details: your mobile number, email address and password, and the sign-in on every phone.
- Your profile: name, photo, specialty, qualifications, experience, languages, conditions treated, fees, clinic name, city and address, and bio.
- Your schedule: weekly timings, slot settings, leave, blocked time, extra time, clinic-closed days and paused bookings.
- Your phones and settings: the notification tokens of your phones, and the app settings kept on our servers.
What is kept, for how long, and why
- Consultation records: your bookings, consultation notes, and the medicines and plans you sent to patients (prescriptions), with your name and registration number as they appear on them.
- For how long and why: they are kept for as long as Indian law on medical records, telemedicine and tax requires, because they are part of the patients' medical records.
- Who can see them: only authorised RM Ayurved staff.
- Afterwards: they are deleted or anonymised.
Upcoming appointments
The RM Ayurved team moves your upcoming appointments to another doctor or cancels them, and tells the patients.
